Good to know
Certification requirements vary by role. Many teaching positions require or prefer NYS certification, but we also support staff working toward certification — including up to $2,000/year in tuition reimbursement.
Typically: application review, a phone screen, a demo lesson or skills exercise for instructional roles, and a final interview with the school team. We aim to keep the process moving quickly and communicate at every step.
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance are available to full-time staff per plan terms; the 403(b) opens after 6 months of employment with an immediate employer match up to 5% once enrolled.
